Following a Deepwater Wind presentation to the Wainscott Citizens' Advisory Committee in August 2017, the committee asked me to look into a newly proposed wind farm called Deepwater Wind South Fork, LLC.  The name has since been changed to South Fork Wind, LLC.

I am a resident of Wainscott, a (recent) US citizen, and care deeply about our local environment and the heath of my family, friends, and community.

I have no tertiary education in science, environmental law, or medicine.
 

This website provides access to information that our elected offices have denied us.  The information presented here results from countless Freedom of Information Law ("FOIL") requests, over ten thousand pages of legal filings, analysis, and many years' research into the emerging industry of offshore wind.

This website's primary purpose is to raise awareness of offshore wind energy problems so that projects are executed professionally, cost-effectively, responsibly, and to the benefit of the environment and the local community.
